First organizer

“We set an objective to have the storage organizers easy to install without using special tools or additional hardware, which might require screws or drilling holes. We worked together on various product designs and prototypes and tested a number of different materials and attachment methods. Our very first organizer was a result of this collaborative and iterative process,” she said.

Today the product line has matured to include innovative RV and marine products as well as BevMate™ beverage holders developed through research, personal experience or from customer suggestions. StowMate® products are constructed of strong, marine grade water repellant vinyl coated polyester mesh, and sewn together with acrylic binding and UV resistant thread.

StiknStow™ products utilize the newest and strongest “hook and loop” technology for attachment. The “loop” is sewn directly to the storage organizer, while the matching “hook” side is a low profile, waterproof, industrial strength adhesive backed strip. Just clean the surface, apply the adhesive strips, and stick on the storage organizer.

StowMate® selected Renaissance Creative, a Jacksonville, Fla. based integrated marketing, design, brand development and public relations communications firm to develop the rebranding campaign.

The Miami International Boat Show and Strictly Sail Miami is a five-day event beginning Feb. 12 that brings together thousands of the year’s newest powerboats, engines, sailboats, electronics and marine accessories from more than 2,200 exhibitors.

In addition to a new logo, StowMate® is revamping both interactive and printed corporate and product materials including their e-commerce website to communicate the benefits of an emerging line of StowMate® Storage Organizers.

“We are very passionate about making leisure time environment as care free and enjoyable as possible by using StowMate® Storage Organizers. As we grow, we are finding new uses for our environmentally friendly products and developing products to meet those needs,” said Cathy Johnson, president and CEO of StowMate®.

The remarkable StowMate® story began five years ago when Johnson and some family members set out to solve storage issues while boating and fishing.
